Vital Greenz Integrated Services LLP ships across India. This policy explains our delivery timelines, coverage and charges.
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to serviceable pin codes across India via our courier partners.
Shipping Charges
Orders of ₹1,000 or more ship free. For smaller orders, the shipping charge depends on your delivery PIN code (up to ₹50) and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your PIN code and the courier serving it. You will receive the courier name and tracking details (where available) once your order ships.
Delays
While we aim to meet the timelines above, delivery times may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We'll keep you informed if your order is delayed.
